All professionals affiliated with AC Styles, LLC reserve the right to refuse service to anyone based on, including but not limited to, condition, manageability, & length of hair or scalp.
COURTESY POLICY:
Clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Contact your stylist for tardiness, rescheduling, and cancellation.
TARDY: Maximum 15 minutes to arrive. Arrival after 15 minutes into appointment, client may be subject to pay $10 late fee or reschedule and pay $10 fee.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION: At least 12 hours prior to appointment to avoid minimum $25 fee.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: Minimum $25 or 75% of scheduled service, whichever is greater. NOTE: All braiding & extension services require 50% deposit at time of scheduling.
KIDS SERVICE POLICY:
No children allowed if not being serviced.
An adult (18+ years old) is REQUIRED to stay for the duration of the appointment.
Full payment is required if child demonstrates excessive and/or extreme behaviors (crying, screaming, kicking) resulting in immediate dismissal and possibly an incomplete service.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: No cash or credit refunds. Exchanges are available for unopened, unused products. Please address any and all issues before leaving salon so we can discuss and correct if necessary.
SERVICE TIME & MANAGEABILITY: Please note concerns with hair and/or scalp (i.e length, texture,condition) to ensure proper time allotted for service. Minimum $10 upcharge may be assessed.
